What it costs

The exact figure, not a starting one: it depends on the property type and the floor area band. What the report is for — progress, the end of the warranty, a payment milestone — does not change it.

The boundary belongs to the upper band: a villa at exactly 200 m² is medium. The bands are the same in every district; the prices are not.
